MACHINING
The production of parts is proceeded on CNC machines of the Goodway brand. During the processing the modern high-capacitive machines with maximal precision are used. The machines are equipped with a counter spindle and bars feeding machine for the bar length of up to 3300 mm.
METAL PARTS
We use the brass CuZn40Pb2 of the highest quality class that is designed for machining on automatic machines.
GALVANIZING AREA
The top surface treatment of products take place in galvanizing area and it provides resistance to external influences. A layer of chromium is 18 µm - 20 µm.
Parts intended for plating are hung on frames, specially designed for this purpose. In addition to clamping hooks the whole surface of frame is provided with non-conducting layer. After hanging only parts are part of electrical circuit which ensures high quality of galvanizing layer.
PLASTIC PARTS
Plastic parts are pressed with the use of moulds on modern machines. We use highly durable material, which endure temperatures up to 179 ° C and is highly resistant to chemicals.
High quality of production is ensured by the Quality Management System in accordance with the standard ISO 9001:2009 and ISO / TS 16949:2009.
Manufacturing procedures of high quality and top materials ensure a long service life that exceeds 20 years.
ASSEMBLY
The assembling of products is done manually whereas every single piece is passed through the rigorous multistage quality control.
Products are packed in boxes each of which is containing ten pieces and then placed in a cardboard box of 500 pieces. At this stage, the products are ready for dispatch.
